Our Style

We believe yoga is for everyone. Our mission is to make yoga accessible, relatable, and transformative for both body and mind. Everyone is welcomed with open arms, regardless of experience or background.

Classes will consist of a variety yoga asana poses with soft flowing movements connected by breath and meditation.

 

We stay true to the roots of yoga and classes are focused on connecting the mind, body and sprit. They incorporate pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and deep relaxation in supportive postures.

Our classes are designed to explore movement, to connect with your intuition and to attune to your own unique rhythm. Expect to be surprised by the softness, playfulness, and heart connecting practice.

Nancy has given me the confidence to try yoga. Through 1:1 virtual classes, Nancy patiently walked me through different poses at my pace, explaining the benefits behind each pose which I found very useful.
 I wouldn't have had the courage to step on the yoga mat if it wasn't for Nancy.

Virtual Offerings

As we are a nomadic pair, we hold the majority of our services virtually so that you can access them wherever you and we are. 

In-Person Offerings

We offer in-person classes and workshops at various locations. Check out our calendar to find out when and where we will be offering classes. In-person classes can also be requested on demand depending on location.
